Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support sales, inventory, finance, and operational reporting.
- Leverage expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to ensure accurate reporting and data interpretation.
- Analyze Dynamics 365 data structures, relationships, and workflows to build scalable reporting solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
- Support companywide initiatives to integrate and unify data across Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Create reporting solutions that combine ERP and CRM data into a single source of truth.
- Improve report performance, usability, and adoption across the organization.
- Absorb and optimize reporting solutions within Microsoft's modern data ecosystem.
- Help reduce reliance on ad-hoc reporting by delivering trusted, centralized business intelligence solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), or both.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 data models, tables, entities, and business processes.
- Strong data visualization skills with the ability to present complex business data in a clear and actionable format.
- Experience working with relational data structures and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to work directly with business users and executive stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
