This is a unique, multi-functional role that combines front-desk reception, vehicle inventory coordination, and fleet sales administration into one position. You’ll be the first voice customers hear and the first face they see — while also keeping our inventory records accurate in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting our commercial sales team. Responsibilities

  • Multi-line phone management, customer greeting, and front office operations
  • Daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance
  • Fleet deal entry, sold reporting, and Assignment of Proceeds (AOP) preparation
  • Bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process

Requirements

  • Nearly a century of Chastang family presence in the automotive industry
  • Dedicated commercial truck operation serving the greater Houston market
  • Representing Isuzu and Autocar — proven, in-demand commercial truck brands

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CDK inventory system
