This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition to helping us get work done, as a manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you lead because we believe in a people-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial, guest, and team member KPIs essential to our success.
• Understand and employ all management tools with the department team to achieve all budgetary, quality control, service standards, and financial goals in the daily operation of the Food and Beverage department.
• Execute effective controls of Food and Beverage products, labor controls, and all other expense accounts of the department.
• Assist the management team in establishing and achieving predetermined profit and cost objectives and desired standards of quality food and service standards throughout the department and property.
• Ensure within your department that you are there for your team, enabling and empowering them to perform, owning the operation, and building caring and trusting relationships.
• Engage and communicate with your teams, coach and develop talent, and champion collaboration with your team and other business units.
• Own your business and results, execute innovation and improvement, and maintain an authentic and positive leadership presence around the company.

Requirements

• Prior full profit and loss responsibilities in a similar diverse environment (minimum five years preferred).
• Prior experience in planning and directing a Food and Beverage outlet to meet the daily needs of operation.
• Excellent analytical skills enhancing the ability to understand the activity of the department.
• Ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness card (must be at least 21 years of age) and Health card.
