About the role
The R+R Kitchen Food Service Coordinator (FSC) operates the Company's proprietary food programs under the supervision of the Store Management Team. Key responsibilities include recording and calculating daily waste, adjusting build-to information, ordering supplies, counting and calculating inventory weekly, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation requirements, and preparing and directing team members.

Requirements
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- Friendly, hard-working, and reliable leadership skills
- Ability to engage with customers, employees, vendors, and help make a difference in someone’s day
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
