Gourmet Food Server - Part Time, Cafe 2 - Chelsea (Tropicana Atlantic City)

About the role

Responsible for interacting with guests, making menu suggestions, taking orders, serving food and presenting guest checks to restaurant customers.

Responsibilities

• Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Cleans tables, sets up, and breaks down food service areas.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times.
• Interacts with culinary staff to relay guest orders.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Food Server, preferably in a gourmet restaurant.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• CER License is Required.
