GOTO (Food Expeditor)

Responsibilities

• Finish the food that comes from the kitchen with garnishes and sauces.
• Put together orders to be served to our guests.
• Be the liaison between the front of the house and heart of the house.
• Learn about flavor profiles, food trends from around the world, and working with both the cooks and servers to form a single team.

Requirements

• Must have weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
