GOTO (Food Expeditor)

About the role

We are seeking contagious, friendly, warm, and energetic individuals to join our kitchen team as Food Expeditors. This role serves as the liaison between the front and back of the house, finishing dishes with garnishes and sauces and assembling orders for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Finish dishes with garnishes and sauces
• Assemble orders for guests
• Work closely with cooks and servers to form a cohesive team
• Learn about flavor profiles, food trends, and culinary techniques
• Be available for weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred
