Google Workspace Cloud Administrator Remote 6-12+Months Administer, support, secure, and optimize Microsoft cloud services and Windows Server infrastructure. Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows endpoints, and Windows Server environments. Manage and support Google Workspace at an enterprise scale (user, group, license, mail routing, Drive/Shared Drives administration). Utilize GAM or GAMADV-XTD3 for automation, scripting, bulk changes, and reporting in Google Workspace. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mail-flow and Exchange Online issues in large environments (preferably 10,000+ users). Configure and manage Microsoft Intune/Autopilot, Entra ID, Active Directory, GPO, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, and PowerShell scripting. Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, service desk, application, identity, and cloud teams to ensure a secure and reliable environment. Operate effectively in mixed Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments. Apply strong Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, ITSM/change management, and documentation skills for enterprise technology support.
