Google (AGBG) Mid Market Sales Account Executive
About the role
Become a leader in the premier sales force for the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), bringing our market-leading Google Cloud solutions to our clients. This is more than a traditional sales role; you will be a strategic guide, helping clients navigate their most significant technology transformations and unlock new possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with clients, from C-suite executives to technical leaders, and quickly identify business challenges that align with our powerful, ready-to-deploy solutions.
- Forge new client partnerships and drive a high-velocity sales motion to expand our customer base and achieve rapid growth in the mid-market customer segment.
- Deliver and execute compelling, high-impact proposals that showcase the clear business value and rapid time-to-value of our offering portfolio and Google Cloud services.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Sales Engineer to rapidly validate the technical fit and accelerate deal closure for our streamlined solutions.
- Orchestrate an efficient end-to-end sales process, mastering a high-speed cycle from initial discovery to a swift and successful close.
- Maintain deep, trusted relationships across multiple client accounts and across the Google Cloud ecosystem to support a seamless client experience across sales and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years professional sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience selling complex cloud solutions and/or technology consulting services.
- Minimum 5 years selling Google Cloud and related services with a proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing deals with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $500K or more.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates degree, 6 years of work experience
- Excellent communication, executive presence and presentation skills, with experience building and managing C-level executive relationships
- Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g. pre-sales, solution, partners), from lead generation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closure.

- Sales experience with mid-market customers.

- Ability to build and manage relationships with key decision-makers
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

Accenture offers a flexible work model, blending remote work with onsite collaboration to best serve your clients and foster strong partner relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
Travel
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
