Gontram Architecture, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join their growing team in a fast-paced design-build environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals
• Prepare construction documents and specifications
• Oversee construction phases to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Architectural license preferred (but not required)
• Proficiency in REVIT
• Strong understanding of construction methods and coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic design-build setting
