Golf Shop Attendant
About the role
Comanche Trace, located in Kerrville, TX, is seeking a full‑time Golf Shop Attendant to contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will be part of a global leader in golf and community management.
Qualifications
- Friendly and positive personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge about the game of golf (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
- Provide customer service to arriving guests to expedite check‑in
- Assist members and guests with food and beverage options
- Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed
- Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) and process them in the POS system
- Issue receipts for guest purchases
- Take messages for staff or guests
- Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
- Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
