About the role
The GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT position at Seven Canyons Golf in Sedona, AZ is seeking a full-time employee to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.Responsibilities
- Customer reservations for guests to enjoy the golf course
- Provides customer service to arriving guests / check-in process
- Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as needed
- Collections green and cart fees from guests and processes in the POS system
- Issues receipts of guest purchases
- Aids in packing/unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
- Aids in reconciling cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements
- Friendly and customer service personality
- Strong communication skills
- Basic register skills
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
