Job Summary
Opening and closing procedures
Answer phone calls
Check members and guests in on Jonas POS
Help members get registered for events
Assist with shop merchandise displays
Provide product knowledge to help members and guests make buying decisions
Maintain a high level of service and friendliness
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail setting
- Jonas Point of Sale preferred but not required
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Golf knowledge is a plus
