What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Golf Service Associate

• A positive attitude

• Ability to thrive in a popular environment – staying calm when things get busy
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not a must

What You Will Do In The Role

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations
• Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels; comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying
• On your feet for most of the day; love for walking throughout your shift
• Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities; can-do attitude essential
• Endurance for long shifts and high-volume working environment
