Responsibilities
- Create and enhance relationships between Golf Club patrons and Chelsea Piers
- Teach private lessons, group lessons, and schools
- Conduct clinics in accordance with established lesson plans and approved golf instruction methods and techniques
- Assist with Junior programs, summer camp, and special events, as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Golf Academy Manager and Head Professional
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years as a Golf Professional
- Considerable experience in conducting golf clinics and lessons for men, women, and juniors
- Proficient with golf technologies (video analysis, launch monitors, Kvest, and others)
- Knowledge of club fitting and repairs a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Enjoy working in an active, team environment
- Able to commit to 5 days a week, including weekends

- Transit Program: Pre-tax purchase of Transit debit cards for commuting tickets and passes from transit operators throughout the metropolitan area after sixty (60) days of employment.
- Employee Referral Program: Referral bonus of $500 for full-time hires and $250 for part-time/non-seasonal hires after sixty (60) days of employment, excluding referrals from managers within their own department.
