Golf Pro Shop - Retail Attendant - Part Time

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Retail Attendant who embodies a passion for excellence and a strong desire to provide exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Create an authentic Hawaiian atmosphere through enthusiastic interactions.
• Present a professional image and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Participate actively in department events and promotions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, homeowners, colleagues, and vendors.
• Achieve personal quantitative goals such as sales volume and units per transaction.
• Maintain a well-organized and safe working environment.
• Conduct physical store inventories and adhere to merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate daily store operations including cash and bank management, floor security, POS transactions, stockroom organization, and floor replenishment.
• Process merchandise deliveries promptly and remerchandise the selling floor as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read and work with various computer systems.
• One to three years of previous retail sales experience.
• Sincerity in promoting the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai philosophy of Aloha and Ho’okipa.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and function well under pressure.
• High work ethic and sense of integrity.
• Willingness to support the team's roles and responsibilities.
• A keen eye for fashion, visual merchandising, and merchandise presentation.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
