Golf Outside Service Attendant

Responsibilities

• Ensure golf carts are charged, clean, and fully stocked prior to next use
• Set up practice facilities (all ranges and short game areas)
• Load member golf bags when necessary in accordance with tee times
• Routinely pick practice ranges/short game area and clean/return balls to ranges
• Maintain cart barn to highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Complete other duties as necessary (trash, sand bottles, etc.)
• Staff bag drop during operating hours to greet and assist members/guests upon arrival
• Clean members’ clubs at completion of round
• Learn members’ names and greet them personally

Requirements

• Ideally, either play golf or have worked in golf previously
• Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs
• General knowledge of golf operations is ideal
• Service-oriented mindset; project a sense of being approachable and professional
• Comfortable engaging and interacting with members
• Ability to be self-aware
• Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive
• Dedication to helping maintain golf facilities
• Ability to provide great customer service and the best experience to members and guests
• Must have valid driver’s license
