Golf Outside Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist golfers with their bags, equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage the golf bag drop area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
• Cookordinate tee times, cart rentals, and other golf-related services for guests.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Train and schedule outside service staff.
• Schedule and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, clubs, and practice facilities.
• Maintain an inventory of range balls, tees, and other golf-related items.
• Enforce golf course rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, such as chemical handling and disposal.
• Address safety concerns promptly and take necessary corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf course operations or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
