Golf Operations - Locker Room Attendant
Pay range: $12.14 per hour plus gratuities. Gratuities fluctuate based on events and time of year. This position always earns at least the current Colorado minimum wage of $15.16 per hour.
About the role
The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for delivering a high level of service by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming locker room environment. This role supports daily operations by assisting guests with amenities, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring a professional and hospitable experience at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in a professional and courteous manner
- Issue locker room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning duties including mopping floors, sanitizing surfaces, and removing soiled linens
- Coordinate valet services including garment care and shoe cleaning as requested
- Assist with food and beverage service when applicable
- Support inventory management including supplies, rental items, and equipment care
- Monitor locker room facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding maintenance needs or guest concerns
- Uphold all club standards, policies, and service expectations at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree; prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required
- Must be 18 years or older to drive a Broadmoor vehicle
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
- Ability to work in a locker room environment with exposure to wet and humid conditions, moderate noise levels, and frequent guest interactions
- Availability for early morning shifts, including start times as early as 5:00 AM
- Adherence to dress code: professional appearance required; hats are not permitted while working
