About the role

The role of Golf Operations Administrator involves overseeing all aspects of golf course operations, including maintenance, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve golf course facilities and equipment
  • Schedule and manage golfers' rounds
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the golf course
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall golfing experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Golf Management, Sports Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in golf operations or similar field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of golf rules and regulations
  • Experience with golf course management software
