Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve golf course facilities and equipment
- Schedule and manage golfers' rounds
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the golf course
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall golfing experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Golf Management, Sports Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in golf operations or similar field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
