Golf Guest Services Attendant (Part-Time)

About the role

This role is integral to delivering an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. You'll be the face of our golf operation, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to superb service and personalized attention.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement proper procedures, demonstrating knowledge of golf industry standards and terminology.
• Aid guests with efficient movement throughout the facility.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of golf equipment at arrival and departure.
• Maintain immaculate conditions in the Cart Barn and surrounding work areas.
• Facilitate smooth course play and optimize guest enjoyment.
• Proactively engage with guests at various touchpoints such as parking lots, staging areas, and driving ranges.
• Provide clear and engaging information about the Toptracer venue and gameplay features.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Schedule

This role rotates through our normal operation and Toptracer Range, requiring open availability during the week including weekends.
