Golf Equipment Specialist, Golf Retail

This position reports to our Operations Manager and is the backbone of how product moves through our store. The right individual will have a high-energy, upbeat personality and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy while picking, shipping, receiving, and reporting.
• Maintain merchandise planograms for the sales floor.
• Partner daily with customer service, shipping, and repair teams to keep store operations flowing.
• Spot problems before they become problems, with attention to detail and the store’s daily needs.
• Jump in wherever needed to hit deadlines and goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a golf retail, inventory, or warehouse operation.
• Comfortable with inventory systems and reporting functions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise (up to 40-50 lbs) and stay on your feet for most of a shift.
• A team-first mindset.
• Comfortable solving problems independently while assisting store teams daily.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• A genuine interest in the game of golf.

Pay

Starting pay range is $20 - $28 based on previous experience.

Schedule

40-45 hours per week, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
