Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance including turf management, irrigation, pest control, and equipment repair.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans that ensure optimal playing conditions for both the Forest Course and the Lakes Course.
• Collaborate with the Golf Professional and Superintendent to maintain consistent high standards of play and appearance.
• Manage a team of golf course maintenance staff and provide regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding golf course maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of golf course maintenance experience
• 2-or-4-year degree in Agronomy, Turf Management, or related field

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful golf course maintenance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices and techniques
• Experience with golf course irrigation systems
• Understanding of pest management and disease control
• Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
