Golf Course Maintenance - Ground Crew

Job Summary

THE REVERE GOLF CLUB is seeking full-time and part-time groundskeepers and landscaping staff to maintain its championship golf courses. Located in Henderson, NV, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in one of the area's premier golf destinations.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of golf course turf, greens, and landscaping
• Bunker raking and repair
• Mowing of fairways, greens, tees, and collars
• Operating riding mowers, push mowers, and utility vehicles
• Tree and shrub pruning and removal
• Desert landscape detail and debris removal
• Use of handheld equipment (weed eaters, blowers, edgers)
• Seasonal overseeding and special project work

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work early morning shifts (between 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM start times)
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Able to operate or learn to operate lawn equipment and small power tools (mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc.)
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required
• Able to follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE (provided)

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
