About the role

Blue Hill Country Club located in Canton, Massachusetts, has full-time and part-time seasonal positions available on the Golf Course Maintenance Crew. The Club is owned and managed by Concert Golf Partners, which currently owns 31 properties nationwide. Concert Golf Partners is a rapidly growing organization that promotes its employees from within.

Job Duties

• Operation of some motorized equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, walk-behind mowers, etc.
• Mowing of greens, tees, approaches, and rough with ride-on or walk-behind mowers.
• Maintenance of all sand bunkers.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Occasionally lift things over 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions - rain or shine.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management skills.
• The ability to work well independently and on a team.

Qualifications

Candidates must be available during weekday and weekend hours. We have Full-Time Seasonal and Part-time positions available from April through November. Typical hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 6 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday.

Pay

$18 to $20 per hour.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift, part-time shifts available.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime.
• Weekends (3 hour shifts).
