Responsibilities
- Regripping clubs
- Lie and loft adjustments
- Fulfill repair orders in a timely manner
- Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications
- Verify all repair orders for accuracy
- Maintain an orderly workstation
- Monitor inventory
Requirements
- 2+ years of club repair experience
- Demonstrated experience regripping clubs
- High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets
- Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work
