Key Responsibilities
- Engages with members/guests and ensures their needs are met.
- Aids members/guests with loading and unloading golf bags.
- Maintains cleanliness of golf carts and golf cart storage area.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 months of customer service experience.
- Prior customer service experience at a golf course preferred.
- Must be able to drive a golf cart and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work mid-morning, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to use tee sheet/GPS software with training.
