As a Gold Floor Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional VIP service and specialty cuisine that are hallmarks of our luxury lifestyle brand. Responsibilities
- Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.
- Ensure a positive first impression of Fairmont Gold for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.
- Distribution and delivery of guest’s food orders out onto the service floor and serving them at their tables to the correct guest.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features.
- Maintain cleanliness of all chinaware. Monitor quality and consistency of all menu items being served.
- Maintain clean and orderly condition of the service line station.
- Daily requisition of all food condiments and to ensure adequate stock levels of all necessary dishware, linen and condiments for daily service operations.
- Clear and tidy up bar counter after the departure of the patrons as quickly as possible.
- Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service.
- Avoid any food or beverage spillage and ensure proper cleaning of the area.
- Avoid any food or beverage waste and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard.
- Avoid any food poisoning incidents and report any such incidents immediately to the management.
- Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures.
- Avoid any customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
- Avoid any damage to property and ensure proper handling of all equipment.
- Avoid any accidents and report any such incidents immediately to the management.
- Avoid any theft and report any such incidents immediately to the management.
- Avoid any unauthorized access to restricted areas and report any such incidents immediately to the management.
