Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Goalkeeping program for Academy Goalkeepers.
• Train Revolution Academy Keepers at training sessions and assigned matches.
• Assess the progression of the Goalkeepers for the Academy, and provide regular updates to coaching staff.
• Auxiliary with the New England Revolution scouting department with scouting of Goalkeepers.
• Collaborate with New England Revolution Goalkeeper coach on best practices and drills.
• Coordinate with New England Revolution Academy coaching and equipment staff regarding training needs.
• Maintain valid coaching licenses in accordance with US Soccer.
• Coordinate with Technical Director regarding any relevant issues that may arise.
• Auxiliary in the recruiting of new players for New England Revolution Academy.
• Coordinate with Revolution Academy to ensure best practices across all Goalkeeping departments.
• Participate in New England Revolution Academy coaching clinics.
• Auxiliary in the development of scouting reports for the New England Revolution Academy.
• Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Prior Coaching experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Results oriented.
