GoA MM Inventory Lead
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal disclaimer, etc). Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include filler sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Let's examine posting.
Content:
- Entity Technology Job Family Group Procurement & Supply Chain Management Group Job Description
- About us: purpose statement.
- About The Role: description.
- Key Accountabilities: list of bullet points (many).
- Essential Education: Bachelor’s degree...
- Essential Experience And Job Requirements: list.
- Desirable Criteria: list.
- Why Join Bp: benefits description (flexible working options, parental leave, retirement benefits, etc.)
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel.
- Relocation Assistance: not eligible.
- Remote Type: hybrid.
- Skills: list of skills.
- Legal Disclaimer: EEO etc (remove).
We need to map to sections.
We have About us (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About us" is company description; but we have "About The Role" heading. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create sections: About the role (maybe combine About us and About The Role?), Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities), Requirements (Essential Experience And Job Requirements?), Qualifications (Essential Education?), Skills (Skills list), Benefits (Why Join Bp + travel/remote?), Pay (none), Schedule (none). We must not create Pay/Schedule unless posting actually states them. There's no pay or schedule specifics. So omit those sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Materials Management Advisor (Inventory). Not to be used as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points exactly as given, but we can format as - . Must not add extra info.
We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove Legal Disclaimer section. Also maybe remove "Entity Technology Job Family Group Procurement & Supply Chain Management Group Job Description" as it's maybe a header but not substantive? It's like a title but we can keep as maybe a

. Safer to drop? The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short
with that line. But it's not essential; we could drop it. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; that line is not substantive? It's describing the job family group; maybe it's substantive? It says "Entity Technology Job Family Group Procurement & Supply Chain Management Group Job Description". That's like a header but not substantive details about role. I'd consider it minor metadata; we can drop it.
Now sections:
- About the role: combine "About us" and "About The Role". The "About us" is company purpose; "About The Role" is role description. Both are prose. We'll put them in
elements under
About the role
. Must not invent or summarize away detail; we keep the sentences exactly.
- Responsibilities: The "Key Accountabilities" list. We'll output Responsibilities
then - each bullet.
- Requirements: Could be "Essential Experience And Job Requirements". That's requirements. We'll put
Requirements
then - each bullet.
- Qualifications: "Essential Education". We'll put
Qualifications
then Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or other relevant technical discipline.
- Skills: The list under "Skills". We'll put
Skills
then - each skill.
- Benefits: "Why Join Bp" includes benefits description plus travel requirement and remote type. Also "Travel Requirement Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role" and "Relocation Assistance: This role is not eligible for relocation" and "Remote Type This position is a hybrid of office/remote working". These are substantive. So we include them under Benefits. We'll put
Benefits
then for the Why Join Bp paragraph, then maybe
- for travel, relocation, remote? Or we could keep as
. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Benefits are a list? Could treat each as list items. But we have a paragraph describing benefits; we can keep as
. Then travel requirement etc could be separate
or list. Since they are not a list of multiple items but separate statements, we can use
for each. However instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we have multiple benefit items, we could list them. But we have a paragraph describing benefits (flexible working options, parental leave, retirement benefits, etc.) That's prose. Then travel requirement, relocation assistance, remote type are separate statements; could be
each. That's fine.
We must not include Pay or Schedule sections.
Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: remove Legal Disclaimer, EEO, etc.
Check for duplicated lines: none.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Let's extract exact text.
About us: "Our purpose is to bring together people, energy and markets to power and navigate a changing world. In a time of constant change and possibility we need new talent to pursue commercial opportunities, motivated by special insight and expertise. We’re always taking on for more innovative digital solutions, balanced outcomes and closer collaboration across our company and beyond, and you could be part of that too. Together we continue to grow as the world’s leading energy company!"
Note: There's a grammatical error "taking on for more innovative digital solutions". We must preserve exactly.
About The Role: "The Materials Management Advisor (Inventory) focuses on control, optimisation and management of all bp owned material inventory across a region/site. Responsible for ongoing analysis and reporting with an emphasis on continuous improvement and inventory performance for all operating entities in region."
Now Key Accountabilities bullet list (preserve each line exactly). Let's copy:
- Develop and implement regional/site inventory strategy to support the business plan.
- Collaborate with the Line, Finance and Procurement teams to evaluate inventory requirements and achieve optimum total cost of ownership (TCO) balanced with meeting service expectations.
- Understand and conform to the requirements of Operating Management System (OMS), Materials Management common process (MMcp) and the inventory accounting requirements relevant for the region/site.

- In partnership with the Line establish a surplus identification process to include the disposition of obsolete material to enable investment recovery program
- Actively participate in Inventory Management Discipline network and work with Materials Management Discipline team to ensure global strategies meet local requirements and local implementation is consistent with global strategies.
- Play an integral role with preparation/readiness of ERP system deployment in the Region.
Note: Some bullets have missing period at end; we keep as is.
Essential Education: "Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or other relevant technical discipline."
Essential Experience And Job Requirements bullet list:
- MM related process and systems knowledge and/or hands-on experience working with ERP and various reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills effective communication, and ability to work effectively within a functional matrix organization and influence leadership and operating function stakeholders.
Note: There's missing comma after "skills". Keep as is.
Desirable Criteria bullet list:

- Understanding of equipment and materials employed in energy business.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, inventory modelling techniques or inventory accounting.

Why Join Bp paragraph:
"At bp, we support our people to learn and grow in a diverse and challenging environment. We believe that our team is strengthened by diversity. We are committed to encouraging an inclusive environment in which everyone is respected and treated fairly. There are many aspects of our employees’ lives that are meaningful, so we offer benefits to enable your work to fit with your life. These benefits can include flexible working options, a generous paid parental leave policy, and excellent retirement benefits, among others!"
Travel Requirement: "Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role"
Relocation Assistance: "This role is not eligible for relocation"
Remote Type: "This position is a hybrid of office/remote working"
Skills list:
- Agility core practices
- Commercial Acumen
- Contract Management
- Cost Leadership
- Decision Making
- Digital Fluency
- Inventory Management
- Logistics Management
- Materials demand management
- Negotiation planning and preparation
- Project and programme management
- Resource and budget planning
- Safety Leadership
- Stakeholder Management
- Supply chain management
- Warehousing
Check each bullet exactly as in text: they are separated by commas in original but we need each as separate line. The original: "Skills Agility core practices, Commercial Acumen, Contract Management, Cost Leadership, Decision Making, Digital Fluency, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Materials demand management, Negotiation planning and preparation, Project and programme management, Resource and budget planning, Safety Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Supply chain management, Warehousing". So we need to split at commas. Ensure we keep each phrase exactly as appears (including capitalization). Let's list:

- Inventory Management
- Logistics Management
