Inventory Lead

Inventory Lead

  • Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to inventory team members
  • Support inventory operations including cycle counts and full physical counts
  • Identify, investigate, and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory
  • Track and report inventory metrics and performance trends
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Create Bills of Lading as needed
  • Support administrative tasks including reporting and data tracking
  • Partner with leadership to resolve operational issues and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
  • Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

What You Will Bring

  • Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred. Previous experience in a lead or team support role is a plus.
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
