About the role

As a Go To Market Recruiter at our company in Watertown, MA, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates who align with our company culture and values. You will also be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure that the right candidates are hired.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit and suitability for open positions.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts to identify and attract top talent.
  • Preparing and presenting recruitment materials to stakeholders, including job descriptions and interview guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technology or professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and current trends in recruiting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruiting.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
