Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing
The GTM Engineer will own and scale the demand-generation marketing function. This includes growth marketing and performance marketing across paid, organic, and referral channels.
Analytics, Attribution, CRM Workflows, Dashboarding, and Campaign Instrumentation
The candidate will manage analytics, attribution, CRM workflows, dashboarding, and campaign instrumentation to ensure data-driven decision making.
Vendor Management, Workflow Design, and AI Implementation
This role involves vendor management, workflow design, and the use of AI to increase in-house output.
Success Metrics
- Create a clear, measurable demand engine that consistently creates qualified demos and pipeline for OXOS's target markets.
- Enhance OXOS's positioning and content so that customers, distributors, KOLs, and internal teams can clearly and consistently explain OXOS's value.
- Eliminate dependence on external vendors by personally delivering high-quality work and implementing AI-assisted marketing systems to increase velocity.
- Raise the department's standards by coaching the team, clarifying ownership, and establishing a visible operating rhythm tied to business outcomes.
Required Experience
- Three or more years in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or closely related B2B marketing roles with clear ownership of measurable outcomes.
- Experience owning pipeline creation, budget tradeoffs, campaign strategy, and funnel performance rather than only supporting other functions.
- Experience in marketing a complex, technical, clinical, regulated, or otherwise high-consideration product.
- Track record across multiple functions, including paid acquisition, lifecycle or CRM, landing pages, and analytics.
- Experience leading direct reports, contractors, agencies, or cross-functional contributors in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong writing ability and the judgment required to turn technical information into persuasive commercial material.
Preferred Background
- Engineer.
- Strong exposure and curiosity to AI-assisted and no-code tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and scripting.
- Comfort operating in environments where the marketing leader must personally create copy, build workflows, and ship assets.
- Medical device, imaging, healthcare IT, provider-facing software, capital equipment, or other complex B2B healthcare experience.
- Understanding of clinicians, KOLs, and health tech buyers.
