About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team and bring new security processes to fruition within our organization. You will plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) security projects, lead technical staff, and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. You will assess business implications at each project stage and monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the program, including direct management of all subcontractors and service providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Federal Leadership.
  • Deliver a weekly progress report to the technical point of contact (TPOC) and other government personnel on security assessment and authorization activities (e.g., Trusted Agent Tool input, Risk Assessment, Test Plan progress, and issues).
  • Develop and submit a Monthly Status Report (MSR) using Microsoft Office Suite applications to the TPOC and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
  • Provide oversight of projects to ensure execution aligns with plans, timelines, budgets, requirements, and division, branch, and agency guidance.
  • Develop, monitor, and revise reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics to track and report on performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of information security and cyber defense policies, laws, standards, concepts, technologies, and practices.
  • Develop and maintain an MS Project Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Develop and maintain Project Plans (Transition, Project Management, and Quality Control).
  • Experience with risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within business systems, IT applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • Provide Cyber Assurance Support, ensuring response and notifications to credible threats, vulnerability remediation, contractor management, and SOC services validation (operations, tool deployment, and utilization).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (required).
  • Experience managing Federal IT Security projects and a team of 10 or more full-time employees.
  • 3+ years of experience with FedRAMP compliance and certification (required).
  • 3+ years of experience with CSAM or similar Vulnerability Management Systems (required).

Skills

  • Active/Current PMP certification (required); CISSP (desired).
  • Knowledge of risk management, including identifying, assessing, and reducing risk to acceptable levels.
