GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant CNA1

Responsibilities

• Aid nursing staff with activities of daily living.
• Bath, dress, and provide oral care to residents.
• Take vital signs and document as needed.
• Respond to resident calls and monitor their condition.
• Transport residents safely as necessary.
• Provide companionship and engage residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a current GNA license in Maryland.
• Have a positive and professional attitude.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Have previous skilled nursing facility experience (optional).
• Communicate effectively.
• Stay calm and patient with residents.
• Listen attentively to residents.
• Problem solve and handle changes calmly.
• Show empathy and compassion.

Pay

Competitive Salary Range: $19-$22/hr. Shift differentials may apply.

Schedule

Weekend Warrior Program available.
