GMP Lead

About the role

The GMP Lead will be responsible for overseeing activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program, including company employees and temporary staff. The role requires adherence to, implementation of, and demonstration of safe work practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities
• Provide reports, such as pass‑down, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Issue equipment and supplies
• Monitor personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
• Report accidents to the supervisor immediately
• Provide recommendations and actions on areas needing improvement
• Maintain records, training documentation, inspections, and data collection
• Ensure accurate completion of logbook compliance
• Travel to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities as required
• Complete tasks as required by site SOPs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of high‑tech experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver’s license (required based on business needs) and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Forklift certification may be required
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• Frequent sitting, talking, and listening while performing duties

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Bi‑lingual in Spanish is a plus

$25.20–$26.20 per hour

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
