About the role

The Graduate Medical Education Program Administrator oversees all aspects of Graduate Medical Education training programs at Temple University Hospital. This encompasses tasks such as recruitment, orientation, house staff graduation, medical licensure, employment requirements, and ensuring compliance with hospital and program policies.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and orientation of house staff
  • Graduation and medical licensure of house staff
  • Ensuring employment requirements are met
  • Maintaining compliance with hospital and program policies
  • Organizing workload and prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines
  • Completing detailed work and maintaining organized record keeping systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Three years of experience in an administrative role
  • Preferred experience in a GME program
