Responsibilities

• Lead and engage your team to ensure smooth daily operations and sales.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term customer relationships.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and learn new skills.
• For Bakery: Utilize 1+ years of baking experience.
• For Meat: Process different cuts of meat and operate tools such as grinders and saws.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.
• Commitment to learning, adapting, and seeking new skills.
• History of ensuring seamless customer shopping experiences.
• Efficient and effective use of time and resources.
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily.
• For Bakery: 1+ years of experience as a Baker.
• For Meat: Knowledge of meat processing and experience with tools like grinders and saws.
