Global Treasury & Payments Advisor I
About the role
This is an entry-level role assisting with treasury and payment strategies within global financial operations, supporting the advisory operations team and providing client support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and providing basic insights on treasury and payment solutions.
- Support the creation of educational materials for clients on treasury products and services.
- Participate in pre-bid conferences, fact-gathering analysis, and follow-up calls to identify client needs.
- Educate clients and associates on Treasury Services concepts, products, features, and benefits.
- Assist in the setup of sales closings and serve as a secondary relationship contact for clients.
- Support the team in maintaining operational efficiency and best practices.
- Conduct analysis of treasury and payment market trends.
- Prepare reports on high-value sales leads for sales advisors.
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline for advisors, ensuring follow-up on dormant sales opportunities.
- Assist in identifying appropriate clients to call and conduct sales efforts.
- Support the preparation of formal written proposals for corporate, municipal, and nonprofit bank relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of experience or High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Payments, Treasury Sales Support, or related financial services.
- Preferred experience: Banking or financial services supporting middle-market and/or large corporate clients and complex treasury relationships.

Pay
If hired in NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $88,000.00 and $117,000.00. If hired in NC, the base pay is generally between $75,000.00 and $98,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
