Senior Global Treasury & Payments Advisor
About the role
This position is responsible for providing counsel on treasury and payment strategies, leading key client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of the advisory services team.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to key clients on complex global treasury and payment strategies. Develop and implement tailored solutions for clients' most challenging treasury and payment needs.
- Lead high-level client presentations and strategy sessions.
- Identify and pursue significant business opportunities within the global treasury and payments space.
- Conduct strategic reviews of client relationships to maximize value and identify growth potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive client solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced treasury and payment concepts, products, and services to internal business partners and clients.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends and their impact on treasury and payment strategies.
- Contribute to the development of innovative products and services to meet evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with product teams to drive innovation in treasury and payment solutions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and forums on global treasury and payments topics.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional development of the advisory team.

Qualifications
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Treasury Management, Liquidity, or Corporate Banking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Middle Market and Commercial Finance companies $100MM+ in sales size.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage client portfolios.
- Strong consultative selling and client engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with industry verticals such as Commercial Real Estate and others.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems and digital banking platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
Pay
- If hired in CA or NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $144,000 and $192,000.
- If hired in NC, the base pay for this position is generally between $120,000 and $160,000.
Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
