Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues in international trade and transportation effectively
- Develop and implement strategies for compliant product movement with stakeholders
- Design a global logistics partner program to enhance trade operations
- Provide process guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance obligations
- Interface with customs brokers and officials on import/export regulations
- Drive ongoing process improvements using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, international trade, logistics or related field, or equivalent experience
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred but not required
- Five or more years of related work experience in a manufacturing company or major importer/exporter
- Deep technical knowledge of global customs and international trade regulations
- Proven track record of developing and executing international trade strategies
- Direct experience managing trade compliance across key international trade lanes such as US-China and US-Mexico
- Excellent team leadership and organizational skills
Pay
$111,000 – $150,000 annually
