What You Will Do In This Role
- Own global inventory buys by consolidating regional inputs and ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets
- Partner with sourcing and manufacturing teams to manage production allocation, lead time adherence, and capacity planning
- Serve as a liaison between global planning, regional teams, and brand merchandising to align on forecasts, buy quantities, and timing
- Collaborate with logistics to track inbound shipments, prioritize deliveries, and mitigate supply chain delays
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to track performance and support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, automation, and standardization across global planning processes
- Organize, aggregate, and cross-check newness buys to execute into factory purchase orders
- Own the cross-functional communications of deliverable timelines based on purchase order and product launch dates
- Partner with finance, demand planners, and director of supply chain to budget for future seasons
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in production or supply planning
- Proficiency in SAP and SNP (Supply Network Planning) and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a global matrix organization with competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with SNP CTM (Capable-to-Match)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
