We are looking for a Global Supply Planner to support licensed product operations from initial planning through purchase order follow-up and delivery coordination in Stratham, New Hampshire. This long-term contract position plays a key role in aligning supply activity with regional demand by working across planning, logistics, vendors, and category teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly and seasonal supply planning activities for assigned licensed product lines, translating demand needs into actionable purchasing plans.
- Create and maintain seasonal setup data in planning systems, including foundational records and routing details needed for smooth execution.
- Issue and track purchase orders, monitor vendor confirmations, and follow up on committed delivery dates to help keep shipments on schedule.
- Communicate supply updates, delivery changes, and potential shortages to regional planning teams, vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage recurring production and supply reports, including quarterly updates that support visibility into global operations performance.
- Provide guidance and support to vendors and factory partners on operational processes, expectations, and ongoing planning requirements.
- Maintain purchase order records and complete system-related administrative tasks to ensure data accuracy across the supply process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery challenges, support program launches, and improve service levels for regional demand fulfillment.
- Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to assist decision-making within global licensed supply planning and operations.
Requirements
- Experience in supply planning, global operations, purchasing, or a related administrative or analytical function.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-regional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of purchase order management, production follow-up, and delivery coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities while maintaining close attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience supporting vendor relationships, logistics coordination, or sourcing activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, monitor supply performance, and escalate issues proactively.
