  • Serve as the primary procurement liaison between business teams, finance, marketing, and legal.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable, legally sound procurement strategies.
  • Build complex “should-cost” models to evaluate vendor proposals.

  • Monitor service level agreement compliance, conduct quarterly business reviews, and manage high-stakes escalations to ensure vendors deliver on clinical and operational commitments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategic procurement, sourcing, or management consulting experience, with a focus on Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Corporate Benefits sectors.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare economics, including fee-for-service vs. value-based care models, self-insured employer dynamics, and health tech data privacy regulations.
  • Proven ability to redline and negotiate complex commercial contracts.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments, push back constructively, and drive consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams.
