Global Supply Manager

Role Summary

Own global sourcing and supplier management for hardware systems supporting Terabase manufacturing and field operations. Ensure material availability to meet production schedules while driving cost, quality, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field
  • 5-10 years in sourcing or supply management, with at least 3 years as a global supply manager, category manager, or program manager
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and R&D operations
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing MSAs and SOWs with technology vendors
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including TCO and should-cost modeling
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • ERP proficiency and strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience establishing FAT and SAT processes
  • Familiarity with First Principles thinking and problem-solving approaches
  • Background in high-mix manufacturing, automation, or greenfield factory environments

Benefits

Compensation And Benefits
This role offers a base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 (DOE). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each posted range, individual pay is determined (and may be greater or higher), dependent on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
