About the role

Nuro is seeking individuals to join our rapidly growing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting Nuro's transition from delivering goods to licensing advanced autonomous driving technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain autonomous vehicle software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and technologies
• Contribute to the design and implementation of safety-critical systems
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages
• Strong understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and robotics
• Experience with autonomous vehicle development and testing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Passionate about advancing autonomous driving technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System)
• Familiarity with sensor fusion techniques
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in autonomous vehicle development

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
