About the role

Lenovo’s Global Supply Chain Rotational Program (GSCRP) is a two-year program designed to develop future leaders within one of the world’s top supply chains and operations. Participants complete four challenging rotations at the Whitsett, North Carolina facility, gaining broad exposure across supply chain, business intelligence, and engineering. Rotations are structured to maximize visibility to executive leadership and deliver measurable business impact. Upon successful completion, participants are prepared for a final placement within Lenovo.

This is a 100% onsite position based at the Lenovo facility in Whitsett, North Carolina.

Basic qualifications

  • University studies completed between 2025 and June 2027.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in developing within Global Supply Chain Engineering.
  • Ability to think quickly and brainstorm fresh ideas in a fast-paced global supply chain environment.
  • Capable of deriving insights from data to inform recommendations and sound business decisions.
  • Curiosity about technological advancements and eagerness to make an impact in a global technology company.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, and improving systems, processes, and facilities to optimize resources such as labor, materials, and energy.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, environmental laws, production and manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, production managers, and suppliers.
  • Technical familiarity with coding languages/software (VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, or Python).
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation software.

Pay

The budgeted base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $82,000. Participants are also eligible for Lenovo’s Annual Term Incentive (ATI) Bonus Program, which supports a team-oriented, customer-centric, and high-performance culture.
