Global Strategic Events Assistant Director
About the role
A fabulous opportunity for an Assistant Director level to join the Global Strategic Events and Experiences team. This role designs and delivers the brand experience for clients attending EY Events and externally projects the best of the EY brand.
Responsibilities
- Designs and delivers the brand experience for clients attending EY Events
- Externally projects the best of the EY brand
- Change external brand perceptions through an event and experience-based strategy
- Navigate complex stakeholder management
- Create a consistent brand experience through all facets of the events
- Ensure brand sign off processes are adhered to across the whole event
- Mentor junior personnel on the strategic events and experiences team
- Manage and drive forward the design and delivery of event related technology
- Work closely with Legal, Procurement and Independence to ensure compliance for all events
- Seek connections across all of BMC to bring the best of EY to life
- Provide onsite support to manage various external vendors and agencies
Requirements
- Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex event projects at a global level
- Considerable experience of delivering brand, marketing and communications projects in global organizations
- Experience managing diverse teams
- Outstanding communication skills
Qualifications
- High level of influencing and networking skills
- Experience of delivering multiple events on a global basis
- Experience of leading under pressure
- Ability and willingness to be able to travel

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
