About the role
Our Client, a leading SaaS company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking an experienced Global Stock Administration Manager who will oversee all aspects of the equity function. This manager will be a key liaison between Finance, Payroll, HR, and Legal. Responsibilities
- Administer the company’s global equity program via Shareworks and ensure accuracy at all times.
- Work closely with the company’s internal and external business partners to proactively manage the equity function.
- Ensure internal controls and procedures are in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
- Implement best practices with effective SOX controls and assist with the automation of routine workstreams and manual processes.
- Prepare essential month-end and quarter-end reconciliations of global equity data and respond to data requests from trusted business partners.
- Assist with data integration enhancements to support timely and accurate data processing.
- Provide regular training and education to participants in the stock plan.
- Ensure compliance with all domestic and international laws related to income and tax withholdings for PIUs, stock options, RSUs, and ESPP.
- Lead Anaplan in its daily operations to help employees realize the value of their equity.
- Be involved in projects to streamline and enhance Anaplan’s equity function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in stock administration in a publicly traded company.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Level 3 preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with PIUs, stock options, RSUs, and ESPP. Experience with performance-based equity is a plus.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information.
- Ability to work independently and effectively while supporting Finance, Payroll, HR, and Legal teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus, organizational skills, strong work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay
$38.96/hr USD
