Global Sourcing Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead human resources sourcing strategies that support business growth, organizational transitions, and effective talent movement. You will partner closely with client leadership and cross-functional HR teams to shape transfer approaches, manage stakeholder expectations, and support sound decision-making. The position also plays a key role in monitoring costs, negotiating agreements, and helping ensure smooth employee onboarding during transition activities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions to support business opportunities and organizational needs
• Engage with client leadership to design effective transfer strategies
• Deliver people transfer interventions as needed
• Provide HR information to support decision-making
• Monitor HR costs and post-contract terms
• Support HR transition teams to enable effective onboarding
• Negotiate staff transfer and termination agreements

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
• 14+ years of broad HR-related experience
• Experience designing and implementing staff transfer programs
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing or M&A programs
• Strong project management skills with senior client engagement experience

Pay

$139,315 – $170,662 annually
